How to register as a visitor?
You are free to register as a visitor and pick up your free badge alongwith a Welcome Package at the pre-registration counter outside the fairground by presenting your printed registration code which will be sent to your email address after you finish the online registration.

How to use matchmaking?
Registered visitor is able to login the matchmaking system with username and password which is sent together with registration code after online registration to preview and make appointment with exhibitor. Exhibitor is also able to connect registered visitor by accessing this matchmaking system. The appointment venue will be a lounge named as “Matchmaking Business Meeting” located at fairground. Opening hour will be 2010.3.25 11:00-12:00 and 2010.3.26 15:00-16:00.

How to apply for a VIP buyer?
Should you be interested in being a VIP buyer, please download the application form and read terms & conditions carefully, afterward send it to us by 2009.12.30 at the earliest. The organizer will verify your qualification and send you the confirmation if you are qualified as a real buyer. VIP buyer is entitled to enjoy following services.

  • 2,Return economy flights from selected airports
  • 3,Up to 4 nights five star hotel accommodation in Guangzhou
  • 4,Access to networking events including MATCHMAKING BUSINESS MEETING, BUYER NIGHT, GOLF INVITATIONAL, FORUM, SEMINAR etc
